Choose hosting package
It is important that you choose the right hosting package for your website. Are you choosing the wrong one? No problem! You can always change packages later.
Which hosting package to choose?
When choosing the hosting package for your site, first look at the disk space you need, make sure you choose a package with enough SSD storage. Not sure how much you need? An average WordPress site is still under 2 GB. Are you going to upload a lot of pictures? Then choose 5 or 10 GB.
Also look at the speed. If you have a small website with few visitors, the Starter package will suffice, but it is soon recommended to go for the Basic package as a minimum because this package has more CPU and RAM and can therefore handle more simultaneous visitors.
You can never know in advance exactly how much CPU and RAM your site will use, when you reach the CPU and RAM limit you can see this in DirectAdmin. Does this often seem to be the case? Then you can simply upgrade to a higher package.
